GENERAL INFORMATION

Location: De Kluis, De Kluis 1, 3051 Sint-Joris-Weert

Offer accessible for groups of adults and families with kids from 10 years old.

Duration depending on choisen activities.

Choise out of following activities: 

1. Archery Tag

Archery Tag is an active arrow and bowgame where you try to shoot out players from the other team on a field with obstacles. The bow is limited in strength, arrows are equipped with a soft tip and every player gets a face mask. This makes the game very safe. We start the activity with a short initiation followed by target practice and team games.

2. Teamplay

Teamplay offers a range of short playful games. Doen't matter who scores the most points. As long as you're having fun!

3. Forestgolf

An obstacle game where the goal is to get the bal in the hole with as few hits as possible and by avoiding the obstacles like bumps, hills and trees.  

4. Mountainbiketrip

Go on a mountainbiketrip through the forest. Discover the unique tracks! All participants get a mountainbike and helmet.

5. Kickbiketrip

The Kickbike tour is a challenging and sportive activity with a large scooter/step. All participants get a Kickbike and a helmet for the trip.

WHEN CAN I PLAN THIS ACTIVITY? 

Groups under 10 people:

During week-ends (Saturday & Sunday) with a starting hour of your choosing.*

During Summer holidays (1 July to 31 August) on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday with a starting hour of your choosing.*

We're closed on Mondays during Summer holidays.

In this case a fixed price will be counted for the organisation for this activity.

Groups over 10 people:

During week-ends, during summer holidays on Wednesday (see information above) or during the week (outside summer holidays) with a starting hour of your choosing.*

*ATTENTION: this activity must be booked at least 48 hours in advance! 

WHAT DOES THIS PACKAGE COST? 

Forest Sports: 

• Groups < 10 people: starting from € 250,00
• Groups from 10 people: starting from € 25,00 per person

After filling in the booking form for Forest Sports we take contact with you to discuss the prefered activities.

NO-SHOW GUARANTEE

Are you, one of your friends or family members unable to attend the activity because of illness or unforeseen circumstances? It can happen to anybody!

The Shelter offers a REFUND in the absence of participants on the day of the activity at no extra cost!

No-Show Guarantee: Refund up to 10% of the number of participants.

Ex. A group of 15 participants, with one of the participants unable to attend. In this case the paid amount for the activity of the absent participant will be refunded.
