Our questions were answered clearly, comprehensively and professionally. Clearly focused on what we wanted to know, and not a standard semi-personal email with general info. Upon arrival at the departure point, immediately the same feeling. Pleasant, personal welcome. Clear instructions of what was expected of us, and what you were going to do. And despite all the masks, the smile of each of you was very noticeable. It was therefore no surprise that at the end of the trip down the river we received the same friendly and professional welcome. All in all, this was a fantastic day for us. Just floating around on the Dyle, calmly drifting with the flow, enjoying the silence and nature. We didn't think it was possible, but in a very short time the batteries have been recharged very well. For your entire team: THANKS ALL !!!!! You will see us (and other people we will bring) again on this and the other departures on the Demer.

The Shelter is a wonderful place. Friendly and helpful staff, correct but relaxed. Activity with kayak was great, as was the kickbiking. Nice garden to enjoy a drink and ice cream. Can't think of a bad point! Keep up the good work!

The Shelter under corona measures: very positive experience! Very professional approach to keep the activities as safe as possible. Advance booking and payment, use of masks, physical barriers and clear markings to keep distance, one-way traffic, disinfectant, individual safety instructions, ... all top notch!
