Sportday 9

GENERAL INFORMATION

Location: Don Bosco terrains, Don Boscolaan 15, 3050 Oud-Heverlee

Sportday 9 is available for students with a minimum age of 10 years and contains following activities: 

1. Skateboarding-initiation
2. Tree Climbing
3. Teamplay
4. Boskgolf

The group is divided into four groups: half-dayprogram for two groups with Tree Climbing and Skateboarding-initiation and half-dayprogram for two groups with Teamplay and Boskgolf. The half-dayprogram switches after the lunchbreak.

Minimum 50 to maximum 80 students for this sportday. 

INFORMATION ABOUT ACTIVITIES

1. Skateboarding-initiation

Discover what Skateboarding has to offer during this initiation! We'll teach participants in a short time some tricks and skills to introduce this cool sport. All participants receive a board and protection gear.  

2. Tree Climbing

Outdoor climbing without a rock wall! We have equipped high trees with grips and routes which go up to 10 meters. Perfect for a sporty climbingsession in the healty open air.

3. Teamplay

Teamplay has two option-packages of activities: Choose for the 'sportive teamsports' if your students enjoy a physical challenge. 

Or where you more thinking of team strengthening activities? Then choose our 'teambuildingpackage' with various team challenges to encourage students to work together. 

4. Boskgolf

An obstacle game where the goal is to get the bal in the hole with as few hits as possible and by avoiding the obstacles like bumps, hills and trees.

PRICE SPORTDAY

Sportday 9 is available for groups of minimum 50 and maximum 80 students with a minimum age of 10 years old.

Price per student: € 21,00

The price includes four activities per student including the necessary equipment and guidance, as well as active supervision by our supervisors of the Skateboard-initiation and Tree climbing. When choosing this package, the teachers/supervisors of the school are responsible for the execution of the Teamplay and Boskgolf activity. They are required to actively participate during the Skateboard-initiation and Tree climbing.

Per 10 students one accompanying teacher can participate for free (ex. 30 students = 3 accompanying teachers for free).

EXAMPLE DAY PLANNING

Below you can find an example dayplanning based on the chosen sportday. The planning can be adapted based on the foreseen planning of the school. 

Information example school:

• Arrival of the school between 9.30AM - 10AMDeparture of school at 3PM
• Number of students: 60

Planning based on information:

• Start of the sportday based on time of arrival at 10AM
• End of the sportday based on time of departure at 3PM
• Division groups: 15 students per group and minimum 1 teacher to accompany each group

Example day planning with division into four groups: 

GROUP 1 & 2 (15+1 per group)

10AM – 12.30PM:  Tree Climbing and Skate-initiation (switch after 1h10min. with a 10 min. break in between the switch).

12.30PM - 1PM: Lunchbreak

1PM - 3PM: Teamplay and Boskgolf  (switch after 40min. with a 10 min. break in between the switch).

GROUP 3 & 4 (15+1 per group)

10AM - 12PM: Teamplay and Boskgolf (switch after 40min. with a 10 min. break in between the switch).

12PM - 12.30PM: Lunchbreak

12.30PM - 3PM: Tree Climbing and Skate-initiation (switch after 1h10min. with a 10 min. break in between the switch).
